Ratify the temporary Mutual-Aid Agreement between the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff's Offices for Kerr, Kendall, and Gillespie Counties.

Ratify the Agreement with Beckwith Electronic Systems, LLC, for the installation and monitoring of the Fire Alarm System at the County-owned building located at 1101 Elbel Road in Schertz.

M.

Accept the Certified Public Purchasing Buyer (CPPB) certification for Don Cunningham, Purchasing Agent, from the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council. 

N.

The Interlocal Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Guadalupe County and The City of Cibolo.

O.

Authorize the County Attorney to allocate Senate Bill 22 Grant Funding to all new positions created during the last fiscal year (FY 2024).

P.

Ratify the Fire Apparatus/Chassis Maintenance Service Agreement with Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC for Guadalupe County Fire Rescue.

Q.

The Interlocal Agreement between Guadalupe County and the Texas Division of Emergency Management, and authorize the Fire Marshal to sign the agreement.

R.

The Interlocal Agreement between the City of Seguin, Guadalupe County, and Bluebonnet Trails Community Services for the provision of a collaborative crisis intervention response.

S.

The Interlocal Agreement between Bluebonnet Trails Community Service and the Guadalupe County Adult Detention Center for the provision of certain psychiatric services for inmates.

In accordance with the Guadalupe County Travel Policy, authorization for two employees from the County Clerk's Office to travel out-of-state to attend the International Association of Government Officials Mid-Winter Conference in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, January 19-25, 2025.

F.

Authorization for the Road & Bridge Administrator to create the new part-time position of paid GIS Intern and set the pay rate.
